Learning that worms work the soil for you and they actually do poop out soil!  I have seen it.  “Momma, LOOK!!  The wormie pooped in my hand!”  I look.  There is actual rich soil coming out of the tail of the worm.

Lady bugs.  We can actually legally buy ladybugs in Alaska.  Not sure if it is legal in other states and not sure if the little ladies actually DO anything but look pretty…that is- until they “Meet their Mower.”
